Ann Milner

Ann Milner joined Ropes & Gray in 1986 after graduating from Boston College Law School. Before retiring as a partner from Ropes & Gray, Ann concentrated her practice on the formation and on-going representation of private investment funds and also represented institutional and other investors in connection with their private fund and other alternative investments.

Along with her colleagues at Ropes, Ann organized the Ropes & Gray Debt Clinic at Rosie’s Place in 2015. Rosie’s Place is a multi-service community center in Boston that provides women with emergency shelter, meals and other support and services. Through the Debt Clinic, Ropes & Gray provides pro bono legal assistance in connection with debt related issues to guests of Rosie’s Place. Ann also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Rosie’s Place and as Chair of its Governance Committee.

For her Access to Justice Fellowship, Ann will continue her volunteer work with the Ropes & Gray/ Rosie’s Place Debt Clinic.
