Ellen Messing

Ellen Messing, a partner at the Newton firm of Messing, Rudavsky & Weliky, PC, represents employees in employment litigation. She was a longtime member (1994 – 2021) of and twice cochaired the Boston Bar Association Ethics Committee. Ellen writes and lectures extensively on employment litigation and legal ethics, and taught courses at Boston University School of Law, University of Michigan Law School, and Northeastern University School of Law. She graduated from Boston University School of Law. As an Access to Justice Fellow, Ellen will work with Lawyers for Civil Rights, an organization working to fight discrimination, foster equity, and pursue justice through creative and courageous legal advocacy, education, and economic empowerment.
