Emmanuel Dockter has focused his legal practice over the last eighteen years on high-conflict litigation in the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a 2006 graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he credits his experience in the Civil Litigation Clinic as the foundation for his legal career.

As an Access to Justice Fellow, Emmanuel has returned to Boston University’s Civil Litigation Clinic as a Teaching Fellow, instructing law students in the classroom on litigation fundamentals and supervising casework through Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS).
