This 2 hour seminar will give an overview of corporate governance responsibilities and duties that a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization must perform to meet and maintain compliance with the certificate of incorporation, state / federal laws, and how your nonprofit is run. It will review various governance policies, and define the responsibilities of the board of directors and organization leadership in developing, implementing, complying and reporting, as necessary.
