We are happy to introduce a new program with our Access to Justice Fellow Dick Allen, a nonprofit law expert formerly of Casner & Edwards LLP and the former Chief of Public Charities/Not-for-Profits Division at the Attorney General’s Office. Bring your questions about nonprofit law practice to the roundtable on the first Monday of each month! Designed to mentor new lawyers and those who would like to know more about nonprofit practice, this 90-minute roundtable with Dick and other nonprofit experts will help you assist your nonprofit pro bono clients more effectively, and expand your practice. The first session will focus on nonprofit bylaws, do’s and don’t’s. Space is limited.
