Legal Clinic for the Homeless (Pine Street Inn)

The Lawyers Clearinghouse operates free legal clinics throughout the year at four area shelters. In order to qualify, clients must be homeless, using shelter services, or otherwise income eligible for free legal services. This week’s clinic will match pro bono attorneys from Mintz Levin and the Liberty Mutual Legal Department with homeless clients at Pine Street Inn seeking legal assistance.

Clients who are unable to sign up in advance may still attend a clinic. We try to assist with most legal issues but do not take any domestic relations cases (divorce, custody, child support, etc) or represent defendants in criminal trials.
