Nonprofit Employment Law Basics (Virtual)

Payment: $25 per organization. This fee supports Lawyers Clearinghouse, however if it’s difficult to pay the fee, you may register for the workshop without it.

9-10 AM: Presentation; 10-10:30 AM: Optional Q&A

This seminar will cover the basics of employment law for nonprofits and will answer questions such as:

  • What constitutes an employee?
  • What are the legal obligations of an employer?
  • How do you minimize potential liabilities to protect your organization and employees?
