This second session of the series will focus on policies for nonprofits, specifically Conflict of Interest Policy and Intermediate Sanctions. Our Access to Justice Fellow Dick Allen will lead the roundtable session with Susan Abbott of Goodwin Procter LLP.  Dick is a nonprofit law expert formerly of Casner & Edwards LLP and the former Chief of Public Charities / Not-for-Profits Division at the Attorney General’s Office.  Sue Abbott is a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Trust & Estate Planning Practice, and chairs the firm’s Tax Exempt Organization and Higher Education Practices.  She led the firm’s efforts to set up One Fund Boston.
