We are happy to present this year’s Roundtable with the Experts series with our Access to Justice Fellow Dick Allen, a nonprofit law expert formerly of Casner & Edwards LLP and the former Chief of Public Charities / Not-for-Profits Division at the Attorney General’s Office. Dick is joined for this session by another highly experienced nonprofit expert, Liz Reinhardt. This 3-session series is a great training opportunity for those who attended our nonprofit formation training in November but all are welcome. The first session will focus on nonprofit formation and bylaws including considerations regarding committees.
