There is often great confusion and sometimes “bad feelings” that crop up around who is responsible for what on a not-for-profit.  The Board?  the Executive Director? the Management?

This seminar will start with an overview of not-for-profit governance and compliance issues with a focus on the respective duties and responsibilities of a nonprofit board and senior management. The seminar is very interactive and the last hour of the seminar will involve case studies.
