DESCRIPTION:Come and meet with attorneys who will provide you free legal counsel on policies important to the legal health of your organization and who will assist your organization in drafting or updating these key policies. \nThis year’s Clinic in a Box is focused on sexual harassment in the workplace\, workplace discrimination\, and related crisis management. Attendees of this year’s Clinic will leave with an updated anti-harassment policy\, as well as tips on organizational responses to addressing charges of sexual harassment. \nTo apply to participate in this clinic\, please complete the following two steps by November 17.*\n1. Fill out this form.\n2. Email your organization’s current anti-harassment policy–if you have one–to Lawyers Clearinghouse. \n*You will be notified of your application status shortly after November 17. Should your organization be selected for participation in the clinic\, your executive director\, board chair\, or other senior staff or board member responsible for governing or managing your organization must be able to participate in the clinic. \nCo-sponsored by Corporate Pro Bono\, Lawyers Clearinghouse\, Mintz Levin and Northeast ACC Chapter.
