DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE: This clinic will be held at Women’s Lunch Place\, a women-only shelter.  \nDo you have eviction records that are hindering your ability to access housing or other services? We may be able to connect you with free advice and guidance from volunteer attorneys.\n \nAt this clinic\, volunteer attorneys will: \n\nReview your eviction records with you;\nExplain Massachusetts’ eviction record sealing law;\nExplain how the law applies to your eviction records; and\nMay help file sealing petitions depending on your eligibility\n\nWhat should you bring? Nothing! All you need is to know is your past addresses in Massachusetts and we can find your cases online. \nThe clinic will be intake and advice only. Participants will be responsible for any follow-up required to seal their eviction records. \nWalk-ins are welcome at in-person clinics.
