DESCRIPTION:Come and learn how Jericho Road Lawrence and YWCA of Greater Lawrence have successfully spearheaded the efforts to diversify the boards of local nonprofits to reflect the population they serve. The presentation will show the programs they crafted to seek out\, engage and train eligible prospective board members from the local Latino / Latina community\, and how they match these people with area nonprofits.
