SUMMARY:AI Policies for Nonprofits
DESCRIPTION:Click here to register. \nClick here to pay. The fee is $25 per organization. This fee supports Lawyers Clearinghouse\, however if it’s difficult to pay\, you may attend without it. \nArtificial Intelligence (AI) will–and already is–impacting businesses\, nonprofits\, and other institutions. AI will enhance\, and change\, the way we work and how we consume and use information. It’s important that nonprofit organizations of all sizes prepare for AI and develop policies and procedures for how to use it\, and how to prevent its misuse. We look forward to working with nonprofits on this important and exciting topic! \nJoin us for a one-hour workshop\, followed by a private consultation with volunteer attorneys for interested nonprofits. Consultation openings are limited; let us know if you’d like to participate. \nThis is a two-part program: \n10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: One-hour workshop on AI Policies (open to all Massachusetts nonprofits) \n11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Private consultation with volunteer attorneys (501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofits only) \nDuring the consultation\, volunteer attorneys will review how key aspects of an AI Policy would apply to your nonprofit and provide a sample form. Eligible organizations may request a referral through Lawyers Clearinghouse to follow up on legal issues. \nAny Massachusetts nonprofit may register to attend the workshop. Officers\, board members\, executive directors\, and senior managers of Massachusetts nonprofit corporations that are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) are welcome to register for the workshop and private consultation. \nStay in touch: Sign up for our email lists at http://bit.ly/ClearinghouseEmails  \nNeed accommodations such as ASL interpretation? Please contact nonprofit@lawyersclearinghouse.org.
