Jonathan Mishara

Jonathan Mishara retired at the end of 2024 as chief legal officer of Rhode Island-based FM, one of the world’s largest commercial and industrial property insurers. Jon was responsible for managing corporate, regulatory, litigation, employment and transactional matters involving the company’s global business. Before joining FM, Jon worked in private practice and held positions as Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Attorney General. He earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. As an Access to Justice Fellow, Jon will partner with the Conservation Law Foundation, a leading New England environmental advocacy organization, where he will advise on several transportation and public transit justice priorities.
