Judy Hogan

Judy Hogan served as an in-house attorney at Fidelity Investments and MFS Investment Management for over 25 years, providing legal and management support on disclosure, product and other regulatory matters. Judy spent the last two years as a New American Integration Program AmeriCorps service member at The Right to Immigration Institute (TRII) developing their citizenship program, providing legal representation in other immigration matters, and training and overseeing volunteers to become legal immigration representatives. She holds a A.B. in Mathematics and Economics from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

As an Access to Justice Fellow, Judy will continue her work with The Right to Immigration Institute. TRII actively empowers college students, community leaders and other volunteers to represent people in asylum, naturalization, and domestic violence immigration-related matters. Judy will help TRII formalize and implement a sustainable (and hopefully replicable) model for providing free immigration legal services through Department of Justice accredited representatives and other volunteers by developing and documenting volunteer and program plans for TRII that meet the needs of the local immigrant community and reflect the potential of the local volunteer community. In addition, she will oversee the citizenship program she developed at TRII and continue to assist asylum and domestic violence-related immigration clients.
