Kevin Finnegan

Kevin Finnegan was engaged in the private practice of law, primarily involved in all areas of family law litigation. Since his retirement, he has been a weekly volunteer at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. In 2024, he began participation in the Settlement and Early Resolution Volunteers Project (SERV). Since 2024, he has also been involved in the Volunteer Lawyers Project through the Boston Bar Association (VLP), assisting clients in landlord/tenant disputes and various probate and domestic matters. As an Access to Justice Fellow, Kevin will continue to work with Volunteer Lawyers Project Family Law Clinic and SERV, in an effort to grow and expand its community partnership with various Medical Centers and Public Schools in the Boston area.
