Margaret (Molly) Parks spent the bulk of her career in the field of criminal prosecution. She initially worked as an assistant district attorney in the trial and appeals bureaus of the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office and then spent more than 20 years as an assistant attorney general in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office investigating and prosecuting financial crime cases. She left the AG’s office for several years to work as the Director of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue’s Criminal Investigations Bureau, and then decided to return to the AG’s Criminal Bureau as a senior financial investigator focusing on financial, public integrity, and human trafficking crimes. She continued in that role until her retirement.
Molly holds an SB in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a JD from Yale Law School.
