Attorney Weinstein serves Of Counsel to Marasco & Nesselbush’s Personal Injury and Medical Negligence practice group. Philip is a past President of the Rhode Island Bar Association and of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association (now the Rhode Island Association for Justice). He also served on the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association (now the American Association for Justice).

Philip has successfully resolved numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar awards to clients. He has served as a mediator and arbitrator, both privately and for the United States District Court and the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Attorney Weinstein received his undergraduate degree from Boston University College of Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law. Attorney Weinstein is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the federal courts with jurisdiction over both states.
