Lawyers Clearinghouse seeks an intern for our Access to Justice Fellows (A2JF) Program for the 2026-2027 academic year. A project of the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission and Lawyers Clearinghouse, the Access to Justice Fellows Program enables senior lawyers and retired judges to partner with nonprofit organizations, courts, and other public service entities to increase equal justice for all.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Fellows Committee members and Lawyers Clearinghouse staff
- Outreach to former and continuing Fellows
- Assist with meeting and event logistics and communications
- Data collection and entry
- Spreadsheet and events calendar maintenance
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- May also attend committee meetings, Fellows community events, and Lawyers Clearinghouse board meetings and events
We’re seeking an undergraduate intern for Fall 2026-Spring 2027 but can be flexible with start and end dates. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with others and accurately tracking the details, likes to ask questions and learn, and diligently completes assignments. The internship is paid via stipend with an expected time commitment of 5-8 hours a week and is mostly remote. Availability on Tuesdays is preferred but not required.
