Online fundraising is a commonplace feature of nonprofit operation. Is your nonprofit in compliance with pertinent law, such as MA data security and fundraising regulations? Does your nonprofit need to register with multiple states? Will advertisements your nonprofit places on its website incur Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT)? A 501(c)(3) organization expert and a social media marketing specialist will present  the current state of online marketing and pertinent regulations.
