Contestants of our first-ever online trivia contest will have 25 chances to win an iPad mini in a 25-day competition that will commemorate the 25-year history of the Lawyers Clearinghouse.

The contest is meant to be a fun way for people to connect with us on social media, learn more about our organization—and yes—win prizes. Anyone can play and our volunteer attorneys  and nonprofit partners are especially encouraged to participate.

One question will be posted to our homepage and social media accounts each weekday from May 1 to June 5, leading up to our Annual Meeting on June 6. Extensive Clearinghouse knowledge is not required. One entry for the iPad drawing will be awarded just for submitting a response. A second entry will be given for the first answer received each day.  A third entry will be earned for each correct response. There may even be bonus prizes announced at random for those who complete various tasks on social media.

Contest Rules:

  1. Beginning on May 1 and ending on June 5, one question will be posted online at 10 a.m. to the Lawyers Clearinghouse website as well as its Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages.
  2. Contestants must submit their response to LCtriviacontest@gmail.com, NOT directly to Lawyers Clearinghouse social media accounts.
  3. Contestants have until 10 p.m. of that day to answer the question.
  4. Each response enters the contestant into a drawing.
  5. The first correct response each day earns an additional entry into the drawing.
  6. Each correct response earns an additional entry into the drawing.
  7. Bonus entries may be awarded at the Clearinghouse’s discretion for completing certain tasks, i.e. reposting or retweeting info about the contest or the annual meeting.
  8. Prizes will be drawn at the Annual Meeting. Contestants do not need to be present to win.
  9. Lawyers Clearinghouse board members and employees—past and present—are not eligible to partake in the trivia contest.
  10. No purchase or donation required.
  11. Contestants must be Massachusetts residents.
